The Tramex CME5 Concrete Moisture Encounter is a non-destructive analog moisture meter engineered for accurate, quantitative moisture measurement in concrete floors and slabs. An evolution of the industry-trusted CME4, the CME5 delivers fast, reliable readings to a depth of approximately 20mm (¾"), making it essential for flooring, concrete coatings, and restoration professionals.
Using Gravimetric testing as a baseline, the CME5 provides precise moisture content readings (0–6%) for concrete and comparative readings for gypsum screeds (0–10). It is compliant with ASTM F2659 standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency across projects.
Equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, the CME5 integrates seamlessly with the Tramex Meters App, allowing users to create moisture maps, reports, and geo-tagged data, and share results visually and efficiently. An optional Concrete Moisture Probe extends testing depth up to 4" (100mm), expanding the meter’s versatility for in-situ applications.
