Shipping & Return Policy
We ship anywhere in the United States of America. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some states due to local laws and/or other distributor territories.
If your order contains $375 or more in cleaning chemicals, or $3000+ in resin products, we will ship your entire order for FREE using ground shipping methods. Some exclusions apply, including some pallet orders, international orders, and some large or irregular boxes. Clearance products do not qualify for free shipping. Some specific items may contain flat rate shipping, which will not qualify for free shipping, in these cases, the flat rate shipping value will be displayed on the product page. We reserve the right to cancel an order or add shipping charges after the order is placed if this benefit becomes manipulated or abused.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
The following shipping map applies to in-stock items only. If you have an urgent need for a product, please call 585-623-5075 to place an order and request next day air or second day air shipping rates for guaranteed service. Ground shipping and 3 day select shipping are not guaranteed by UPS. Drop-ship orders also can not be guaranteed.
You may request a return authorization for machines, tools, and equipment if unopened, within 30 days of the order date for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs IF the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
Chemicals are non refundable for any reason once they leave our warehouse unless they get lost or damaged in transit.
Equipment that has been used after purchase will be subject to a 30% restocking fee if approved for return. Please submit a return request for us to review. Buyer must pay return shipping charges to our location. Returns may be refused at our discretion.
All returns must be sent to 1533 Lyell Ave, Rochester, NY 14606, accompanied with a return authorization approval (RMA) in order to receive a refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within two - four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
