Clear drying primer that is applied between the masking tape and court surface to prevent paint from bleeding under the tape, ensuring sharp lines.

Application:
Apply between two rows of masking tape, prior to White Line Paint, making sure to overlap onto the inside edge of tape on each side. This will enable the primer to bleed under the tape and seal off minor surface voids. Allow primer to dry completely before applying White Line Paint.
