Find something new you can add as an additional service, or maybe even a new technique. Put one of your team members in charge of becoming s subject matter expert in this new "thing." When they have mastered it, empower them to train the rest of your crew, including YOU! Giving someone responsibility and ownership speaks volumes to your trust in them, and it will give them stake in your company. Please share your success!
